When transitioning to my first general manager role I had the enormous pleasure to work with Manuela as a coach. With her remarkable tools and insights, she cut through all fluff direct to the few, key points on which I needed to focus. To anyone, both keen personal advancement and daring enough to look in the mirror, I warmly recommend to cooperate with Manuela.

I have been working with Manuela on several occasions. As mediator she solved a complex conflict, enabled some colleagues to recreate a constructive working relationship. I got the chance to meet Manuela during Effective Leadership training. She is a great coach! Ich lernte Manuela vor ein paar Jahren im Rahmen meines Zweitstudiums kennen. Ich nahm an einem Kurs „weibliche Führungskräfte“ teil. Wir waren einige Damen, die unterschiedliche Erfahrungen, Erwartungen, Wünsche und Herausforderungen mitbrachten. Sie begegnete jeder von uns kompetent und individuell: Aufgrund ihrer jahrelangen Erfahrungen als Führungskraft in diversen internationalen Unternehmen spiegelte sie unsere gesammelten Erfahrungen und ordnete sie in einen größeren (Business-)Kontext ein. Sie öffnete uns sprichwörtlich die Augen und zeigte uns Perspektiven auf. Dazu begegnete sie uns individuell mit unseren Nöten und Wünschen als Powerwomen, Frauen, Mütter und gab und viele Tipps und Tricks, um den täglichen und außergewöhnlichen Situationen anders, besser zu begegnen. Bei Manuela ging stets um Ganzheitlichkeit.

Damals wurde mir sehr bald klar: Wenn ich jemals den Bedarf nach einem Coach hätte, Manuela wäre die erste Person, die ich kontaktieren würde.

Ein paar Jahre später war ich genau da: Erste disziplinarische Rolle mit erfolgreich bewältigten Herausforderungen aber auch Fragen, die immer lauter wurden: Wie werde ich eine bessere Führungskraft? Wie gehe ich besser mit mir, meinem Team, meiner Karriere und meinen Zielen um.

Manuela begleitet mich nun seit fast einem Jahr: Ihr Stil ist unverändert, keine 08/15-Lösungen, nur mein Weg, auf dem sie mich begleitet. Ich sehe klarer und bin auf dem Weg. Danke, Manuela

I met Manuela during my master studies at a coaching and career management session which she was lecturing. Her enthusiasm, passion for what she does, and her extraordinary understanding of people make her a brilliant, outstanding coach. I attended a career workshop with Manuela organized at IE Business School. I very much enjoyed participating in this event. Through the seminar it became more clear for me what it is that attracts me in a certain career path and how I need to plan my actions in order to make progress towards my career goals. After the seminar Manuela kindly helped my clarify some of the questions and doubts regarding my motivation and my career objectives that helped me move forward with greater confidence.
